Olympic Sports

Three Olympic sports I would like to compete in is ice hockey,snowboarding,and cross country. My first reason is for ice hockey I like hockey because its a competitive sport and i like the hard hitting action.  My second reason is snowboarding I like the sport snowboarding on a half pipe because I like how the snowboarders do all different tricks when their in the air.  My third and final reason for cross country i like how fast they go down the mountain.

The sport ice hockey for the Olympic Games is the most watched in the Olympics.  In the 1980's a group of collage kids played for the United States Olympic team.  They played the big and tuff soviet Russian's they were undefeated throughout 3 years in the Olympic's.  So the championship it was a group of college kids vs the undefeated Soviet Russians.  The college kids came out with a huge win for the United States and thats were the USA chant came from people who were in the dome never heard a stadium so loud before.

My second and third favorite winter Olympic sport is snow boarding and cross country.  My second favorite winter sport is snowboarding. It is my second favorite sport because is I like the tricks that they do in the air. I also like cross-country because I like how fast they go down the mountain.
